All orders on muktafragrance.com are fulfilled by Mukta Fragrance, the trade name (DBA) of A Joshi Trading LLC, Austin, Texas, United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout. Because perfumes are regulated as flammable liquids, some services (such as air or express) may not be available for certain destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day. During sales, holidays and new launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after your order ships.
  • Expedited Shipping (where offered at checkout): 2–5 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method and the weight of your order. Free Standard Shipping on orders of $200 or more within the United States, applied automatically at checkout. Any other free-shipping promotions will be shown on the website and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused, we can reship it once the additional shipping cost is paid.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you as described in our Refund Policy.

Sales Tax

A Joshi Trading LLC holds a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.
