Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine. If you ever receive an item you believe isn’t authentic, contact us at rajeshwari@muktafragrance.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. If we confirm the issue, you’ll get a full refund — no exceptions.
Unopened Returns
If you change your mind, unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Opened Items
Once opened, items can only be returned if there is an authenticity concern, or if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email us at rajeshwari@muktafragrance.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you with next steps.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed to be inauthentic — in those cases we cover it.
